where the hell do i get this fuse...

the 119* C thermal fuse mentioned in this post for the blower motor: https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...r&pagenumber=1
Ive been to home depot, schucks 2 radio shacks and nobody has it...

I dont want to sound like an ***, but im pretty sure that your local Mazda stealership is the most possible resource.
Nobody cares to stock things like that

Mazda is usually the best place to look for Mazda parts. If you can't find what you want at a parts shop, call Mazda.
