Where The Heck Is The EFan Writeup???

Can someone point me in the direction of the Efan Writeup??? I for some reason canot find it for the life of me...

Also, if a clutchfan goes freewheel, is it bad? How to tell?

If a clutch fan goes freewheel, it will be unable to cool the engine effectively. Most clutch fans, because of this, fail in the locked position.

the reason i asked, is because ive got 4 or so clutchfans that after about spinning 4-8 times around go compleatly freewheel, then sit and are tight agian like before... and my S4s temp gauge has been sitting at halfway or alittle more... not good...

Would the Efan mod be easyer/cheaper than getting a new clutchfan?
