I just got mine off Ebay. Company called Atkins. '88 Turbo 2 $1850 + shipping to me. Core ship back is free and Install kit (normally $200) free. 2yr/24,000 mile warrenty. Not bad IMO but that's a rotary noob's opinion.

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
Yeah that's me, I specialize in economy rebuilds, but I wont do a BP, or anything more than a heavy SP. IF you think about it, doing a cheap rebuild and trying to run a BP at the same time dont exactly go together
IF you're wanting an all out performance motor and have the money to put into it, then by all means go to somewhere like pineapple. IF you want, or need, to be cheap about it, it's alright, but dont try to be cheap AND fast, that won't work. The idea of reusing some stock parts, then turning around and modifying the engine for hellraising are not conductive to long life, which is why I will not do a rebuild for anyone with a target hp of over 180rwhp(NA) or 250rwhp(turbo), because if you have desire, plans, and money to get that far, you need a tighter engine to begin with. IF you have a street car with light mods and just need it back on the road for a few more years at an affordable price, Im your man.
