is it for cooling the turbo or letting the hot air out or sumthin??(Not sure) but i think its pretty cool
Where can i find a scoop like this and how do i install this to look just as good as the one on FC3S.org (i dun wanna juss tape it on, i want it to be useful)

I don't like it, but to each to his/her own. You would have to either do it yourself or take it somewhere else to modify the hood, including cutting and filling and sanding, or some fiberglassing.. Will take tedious work.

I'm sure most local body shops wouldn't have a problem installing it.
Sorry i don't know where to find it.

If you're going to put it on your daily driver, you might want to concider adding somthing to keep the rain off your turbo though.

That car belongs to username fc3s.org, I had discussed it with him by PM a while ago. Hit him up and ask him where he got the vent piece.

the scoop should be functional there. without the heat shielding fiber stuff under the hood the turbo can/will fry the paint on the hood above it.
