Where does this injector spacer go?

Where does this injector spacer go?
I'm about ready to reinstall the injctors, etc. and I'm wondering where the black spacer on the secondarys goes. I'm guessing that it goes in between the injectors and the secondary fuel rail.

That spacer goes underneath the primary fuel rail.

it goes underneith the primary injector mount. otherwise the injectors won't sit right.

I'm retarded, I meant the primary fuel rails. I guess I was wrong anyways.
