Arrow Where does this hose go?

Guys there is a nipple on my tube that goes from the back of my air pump to my cat (whateverthehhellyoucallit) and there is supposed to be a little hose that runs from it to something else and I have no idea what it is. Thanks-

If the hose on the outlet of the airpump is going directly to the catalytic converter, then that's a hack job and is not normal

Since you have a non turbo and it's series five, I'd GUESS if a tube is coming off that hose, it's meant for the 6PI actuators via the 6PI solenoid. Just a guess. Post a jpg of it.
