where do u put rear speaker if you cut the shock towers off?
in my craze to use my new cut-off wheel. im thinkin of the insane idea of cutting my shock towers off down to where they would be level with the spring boot so i could put a rear strut tower in.
I dont want to make my car ghetto and have no rear speakers, but i dont really see any good places where i could put them where they would actually produce a good sound.
what should i do?
(plus it'd create more room back there if the tops were off)

you dont have to cut the hole thing off for the instalation of the strut tower bar, you can just cut some holes and put it in there i nave seen this done a couple of times and it looks awesome

Please do not butcher up the rear strut towers of your car just to install a strut tower bar. There are plenty of rear strut tower bars out there that attach to the front of the towers that only require some drilling.
Bescides if you are worried about space the last thing you want to do is put a bar that blocks your hatch area.
And if you are worried about the extra bit of handling you are going to get from a rear strut tower bar the money would be better spent on a rear camber adjuster or solid toe bushings.

hey man, you can pull down the carpet wall next to the speaker torawrds the rear of the car, there are to bars that run under that, you can use self-tapping screws and install them there, hey dont rattle, and they may sound a little muffled, but if you want music, out them there
you may have to run a little extra wire to reach it there, get someone who know how to do it or if you know how to do it then go for it.
good luck

...no rear fill is such a competition concept, I personally prefer it. I like the music to be all around me, not just in front of me. Most music today is recorded that way too...
