where do these hoses go?

Well, from this new angle I'd say it's an S4 auto TB or a manual TB w/ some auto pieces. The autos had that larger double throttle diaphram (a little pic here: http://mazdarx7.iougs.com/intakeair.shtml) and 3 nipples on the thermovalve. Your TPS is definitely S4, so it's not an S5 TB. So, as long as your vac lines are hooked up alright, it looks like you're good.

ok, so just got to figure out the mystery whats going on with the third vac line.
should i get an auto thermovalve or just cap off the extra hose?

Just cap it at the nipple under the TB.
