VA Where do I wire an electric fan in?

I just took my clutch fan off when I replaced my thermostat and put a electric fan on the car. I found a clip that everything matches to in the wiring harnes. Me being a dummy used RTV to seal my thermostat housing instead of waiting to get a new gasket started to spray coolant everywhere. But needless to say, I was hoping to get the coolant temps down since I was driving and was constantly noticing the temp get higher and higher until it was past half on the guage. I know I did want to free up some space in the engine bay anyways.
