if you look under the headlight area (under the car) there are these rubber caps that you can pull off, there you will find a **** that manually raises the headlights for that sleepy look. If this isn't what you are try to get at, id consider saving your money..

Please search. This has been covered hundreds of times with generally the same result:

1. 99% of people think they look stupid and broken

2. They are ilegal and unsafe to use

3. You can buy a "pivot" controller. Search Google.

4. The cheap way is to remove the retractor fuse and manually crank up the lights.

5. DO NOT cut wires to accomplish this because later on you (or a next owner) will regret it.

The way I do it is the manual headlight lifter switch inside...just inch it ever so slowly to the "Open" position. Well, the second it starts to open, move the switch down a little bit so it's in the middle perfectly...it stops the motor, and you can let go of the switch and it will sit there.

this is pretty simple, just find the cable that runs power from the switch to the headlight motors under the dash by the steering column, put a power cut off switch from auto zone .Now once you have installed it, with one hand on the cut off switch and the other on the switch that just opens them (the one above the headlight switch), hit the opening switch and quickly after when they reach the level you want, use the cut off switch and voala you have a set of working sleepy eye headlights . I you have any problems locating the wire pm me , I have the wiring diagrams.
