ok, go to your local mazda dealer buy the following two gaskets the total will be about $12.00
lower intake manifold to block,
and lower intake manifold to upper intake manifold
Then buy gasket grease not formagasket, and replace the old gaskets.
I bet you that you simply need to replace those gaskets, because there is coolant running through the s4 & s5 intakes, so if those gaskets are leaking then you will have coolant leaking where you described.
