Where can you find a blockoff plate for your ACV valve

Question Where can you find a blockoff plate for your ACV valve

Im removing the air pump and the ACV and i cant seem to find a block off plate anywhere.. you guys know where i can find one.. or am i making a home made one?

Buy some short allen bolts to replace the 2 long bolts and one stud, it looks much cleaner
