They are OEM mazda mudd flaps. I had a set a while ago. Cost me a pretty peny(over100 for the set iirc) you can usually find one set for sale on the forums or ebay.

if you're all serious, I might do something like that. Simple molds to make, could sell them fairly cheap.

You can either do the Areo pieces there or the mudflaps, but not both. The RX-8 option list is ever worse with choosing between looks vs reduced drag vs mudflaps.

those were ckage option that was on all t2's not to be confused with the ''aero-package'' that was on the 86-87 n/a models. Those were located on the rear of the tire well as opposed to the front in wich these pics describe.

if any of you guys have the mud flaps that go behind the wheel like in the pic i'd be very interested. like i said i just need to replace my left front one but will take a whole set.
