i dont know if anyone sells one but alot of people ive seen make it them selfs with a flat piece of sheet metal and cut the holes out

na it does something. it replaces all the junk used as a fan shroud with that one piece. and it makes it look better more or less

I dunno, I still have the stock ducting in place between the bumper and the fan shroud.

But if your stuff is missing I can see how that is a good alternative.
