I wouldn't worry about replacing them just because of rust on the outside. I'm sure there fine on the inside. As long as there are not major bends or impressions in them they should be fine..

felix i would definately replace them because i had the same thing happen to me last year and i came out of my girls house and there were drops in the driveway and by the time i got home a quarter mile away it was a constant drip and then turned in to a stream of gas i was just lucky it didn't hit the exhaust because u know how hot that is and the leak on mine was right under the rear floor so if you find them pm me because mine is a piece of high pressure hose right now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

it might be easier and cheaper to replace the fuel lines with braided SS lines.

Well, you COULD run rubber high pressure fuel injection hose but in the long term it's not going to be as reliable or resilient as hard lines. We replaced the hard lines on my car, it really wasn't hard - just time consuming, and we got the bending tool and did it ourselves.

You cuold try to find a clean parts car and simply swap the lines...
