Any turbo supplier or speed shop. I believe that RX-7 Store carries them.
However, I would just go to my local metal store and buy some 5MM thick steel and cut it out myself.
Also, pleaes change your signature. It violates forum rules. Largest size allowed is 460 x 200 @ 20K in size.
