Side seals, corner seals, oil pump chain and a rotor oil seal set(oil control rings, correct?)? Also, how necessary is it to replace the oil pump chain? Thanks. 87 TII by the way.

Go to mazdaformance.com in there clearance items near the bottom they are selling new rotor oil seals 1 pair for $34.55 you need 4 pairs to do one motor. It's just about $16 and change savings a pair, that’s $64+ in savings overall.

No, you don't need to change your oil pump chain!

Only if it's out of spec. I believe that 1/2" might be the allowed slap, but check the Haynes. I could be wrong.
