Side markers about halfway down the page.

You can probably get them cheaper on this board, but these are a sure deal if you have a thick wallet.

Apparently no...but I talked to a retired cop and he said side markers are discretionary so I don't think I will have to replace them. Also as a reply to 88 turbo I will upload some pics on my profile so you can see what they look like.

Just a bit of sand paper should take the paint off. Use 300 grit or so, then move to 1000 grit, then polish. They will look better then new when finished.
Edit...I am not an expert, but I think smoked lights are against the law anywhere in North America as it means messing with DOT/MOT approved fixtures. Generally no one cares unless the car is pulled over for another reason...

i have the solution. take out the light and put either dot 3 or 4 brake fluid and let tem sit. then just wipe them with a rag. i had to do this to my evo lights and worked perfect. no need to sand and polish. just make sure to have them off you car and let the brake fluid sit for about an hour.

OKay so found out the guy who owned it before me...just tinted the outside with a spray...so personally I don't think I could wet sand it myself (never done it) because I might wreck something...so is it expensive to get done?...so would a stripping gel work for sure..even gas (brake fluid seems a little harsh)? All I want to do is lighten it a bit because I know they came darkened a bit from factory..Would using something like gas/stripper take the clear finish off?
