where can i buy a s5 t2 engine

hello, i am going to buy another Rx7 soon but this is going to be my first turbo.

i am going to buy a super awesome blown t2, and i was curious if anyone konws where i could find longblocks for a decently good price; sub $1000. i was able to find 2 or 3 NAs for about 400, so i just assumed that a t2 would only be about 700-800.

it is a s5 t2 engine

any help would be greatly apreciated

a j-spec importer should be able to get you one for about that price.

you could try nippon motors which is in cerritos or rotary shack. i dont know about rotary shack never had experience with them, i did my research on them and they seem to have a negative rep but thats what i done on here. nippon is is always a good place but they are always out but just give it a try

I know S5 T2 motors are hard to come by. I have another question to add, if you don't mind, since this is relevant to the original question that was asked. Having an s5 chasis, could you purchase an infini motor but use a Haltech or aftermarket ecu/ecm to allow compatibility? Or would the wiring be different as in s4's?
