Hmm and that should work for a manual 88 NA 5 spd? I found a website that had the part numbers for mazda trix but it was a little outdated So ill search for them.

You can get them from Mazda also... at least my contact at the local dealership did for me a couple of years ago. Or, like said Mazdatrix.

All of the kits to fix auto and 5 speed can be found on ebay - check the Buy it Now listings... BUT

THIS one is the ****:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Mazda...66974945QQrdZ1

Fixes all of your shifter problems... the stinky exhaust and oil smell coming up through the shifter and includes the bushings.

Heh Id rather not have to spend 80+ on fixing this, its not too bad, just something that annoys me and only the bushings need to be replaced. So the part numbers 17-4810-m501 and 17-481A-m508 from mazdatrix is all i need to fix the lose shifter problem? I thought I might have needed more than 2 bushing parts.

Edit: Looking at this auction it appears as there is 4 parts in there opposed to the Two parts I need to order from mazdatrix.

I'll bet that once you get into it you're going to wish you'd gotten the rubber boots too. Just sayin. BTW - that first auction actually has about 8 pieces.

I've been through this several times and I sincerely was trying to help.

You'll see.
