That's the type AS. The BT fuses are bolt in, and the only one you have of those is the main fuse, which you have a 100A in place of an 80A for some reason. If you're looking for a suitable replacement, I can verify the ones you can buy at parts stores (such as O'Reilly) will work. If you're looking for the specific brand because you want your car 100% original, then I can't help you there.
