where to buy a good cheap turbo?

i'm looking to buy a small t04e or t04b. i'm really wanting a t04e 50 or 60 trim and a .80 or so hotside... i've been trying to find a used kit (since i'll need a manifold and wastegate) but they all seem to be sold already.

i'll also be selling my t04b hybrid (stock hotside, minor wastegate porting) to fund part of this, so if anybody wants it...

damn i really just want something that will hold boost til redline and not boost creep. am i so wrong for wanting this...

I wouldn't trust anything I bought off ebay. I always see small s-trim and t5/t6 trim t04b's on ebay going for about 450 or so. You'd be better of sticking with the hybrid than going to something like that IMO.

that's a t3 hotside, and his current cold side is probably the same size or larger. Port your wastegate, grind out the backface, then re evaluate your thoughts on the hybrid. I think you'll like it once you get the boost creep under control

I was thinking about turbocalculator, they look alright to me. I'd call and place an order though instead of using their online store. That way if they **** up, you got a name of the person you talked to.

Port the **** out of your wastegate... It shouldnt creep then. Why wont it hold boost until redline? Ive never heard of a T04B hybrid not being able to. You should be able to get damn close to your HP goal with your hybrid and good tuning. Im not saying a full aftermarket setup wouldnt work either, but it seems you already have everything to get what you want.
