When i start my engine the idle is 1500-2000 rpm?!?!??!?! anything wrong?

When i start my engine the idle is 1500-2000 rpm?!?!??!?! anything wrong?

i have n 88 turbo fc and when i start the engine it idles between 1500-2000rpm. Is the supposed to happen?

yeah, its the cold start feature. Mine does that, but its like -20C

rite now is only 3 C degrees
how hot does it have to do to have the car idle at 750?

It'll drop down to 750-800RPMs when it is fully warmed up.

And if it doesn't drop after about 20-40 min.. you might have a vac leak.
