When I change my tranny fluid

When I change my tranny fluid

Do I need a pump to replace it? Cause I'm currently changing my clutch but I don't wanna finish until I know how to replace my tranny fluid

If the tranny is in place...
You can either pump the oil up from underneath the car or run a tube with a funnel from the engine bay and pour it down.

pull the fill plugs first so you know you can get fluid in there. From under the car you will need a pump but you can get one at advance auto parts for like 15 bucks.

You could always put the Fluid into the Trans while it is Still Detached,But you would need to make sure that the Driveshaft is installed at the end of the transmission,so you wouldn't lose fluid.It makes for a little more difficult install of the trans when you put it back in,but at least you don't have to **** and Fart around under the car with Bottles of Trans fluid..Get a small piece of wire and Wrap it around the Driveshaft to make sure it doesn't pop out of the tail stock,and it is Better if you have two people doing this as One can hole the shaft up while you are Stabbing the Trans into the Pilot bearing.
