Wink Wheels with polished lips

My wheels are modular "Work Equip". 16X7 front & 16X8 Rear, both 38mm offset, tires- 205-55 on front & 245-45 on rear. I had to file the "***" of the front calipers for clearance. Other than that, a perfect fit.

First, go find some information on offset and how it relates to wheel width.
You can't just expect to jack the offset down and expect it NOT to do something bad to the wheel dimensions.
The fronts are pretty tight, so you can't start changing to offset and expect the wheel to still fit.
Dropping the offset will cause the wheel to move outboard.
This means it'll start hitting the fender!
There is nothing you can do about this short of narrowing the wheel width (not smart) or going with overfenders (pain in the ***).

The rears are a different story, OTOH.
You can go with a 8" wide rear wheel with like a +15 offset and have it still fit.

What are the perfect offsets for like a 17x9 rim all the way around? And also 17x8 up front and 17x10 in rear? I get so many mixed responses I can't figure out what fits RIGHT and what doesn't.

You realize that none of those combinations will fit under stock fenders, right?
I'm not talking about "hipari" stretched tires, which the wannabe drift guys do...
