Wheel and Tire Fitment for FC Track car

Hey dudes, im looking for some wheel fitment help, I havent been able to parse the information well enough it seems. Im currently leaning towards running a squared setup of 17x9s all the way around, but I cant find what offsets will work to do that and with what work necessary. I personally dont really want to roll the fenders, but I will if I have to, but truthfully id runner a fatter rear at a different offset to get the desired effect. The car will eventually be on coilovers, likely BC Racing. I cannot run any spacers, so I need to be able to do it with fitment and offset alone. Aiming for as close to flush as possible. Please give some advice.

To get the most up front you in stock rolled fenders will likely have to do some machine work on whatever coilovers you get.

If you slot the coilover's upper upright bolt (the "ears") you can pull the coiliver away from the inside lip of the wheel. This gives you positive camber which you have to correct by using the strut top camber slot.

Often you have to machine the upper strut top camber slot to get enough negative camber.

This will allow you to run 17x9 +35 offset with 255/40-17.

Running as close as possible to stock +40 wheel offset reduces bumpsteer and camber thrust by putting steering axis closer to center of tire's contact patch.

Here is the work I had done to my FC coilovers.

So is it easier to go with something like an 8 or 8.5 up front to avoid that? and run 9 or more in the rear?

Of course it will be less work to run a narrower wheel up front.

I had 17x8.5 +30 up front with a rolled front fender and 17x9.5 +40 in the rear on stock fender.

Started with 235/45-17 and 255/40-17 and worked up to 255/40-17 and 275/40-17.

I hated the understeer and inability to rotate tires on a strut front car (hard on front tires), so I went with 255/40-17 front and rear and had to dismount to rotate tires (damn wheels still staggered).

That is why I advised 17x9 +35 and doing the suspension work up front to make it work.

9 on stock body fronts?

I've got 18x8.5 on stand by with 2 or 2.5 degrees of camber and feel like that thight.
9.5's for the rear.

will the 8.5s clear without modifying the coilovers? what kind of offset? I plan on utilizing stock fenders for the time being, but will probably upgrade them to at the very least slightly wider fenders in the front, and maybe pulling the rears
