Wheel Revitilazation

Hey guys. 86 GXL here. I've got the aluminum wheels, as seen here: https://www.rx7club.com/showthread.p...3&page=1&pp=15

That's also proof that I read the thread. My question is how do you get down in here? (here is where I've drawn out in the picture)

try some wadding polish? time consuming but has worked for every wheel ive used it on.
