Wheel Offset??

I tried to do a search, but my PC keeps freezing up on me when I do, so I'll just post my question...

What is a good size offset for an 86 N/A?? It has the 4 lug wheels on it, and I would like to get some aftermarket wheels. I am looking at just some 15s or 16s, probably 16 by 7s is what I'll go with, but I need to know what a good offset is. I want the car to look a little more aggressive, but I don't want to have to worry about the tires rubbing when I lower it...

Thanks,
Jeff
