If the Grand Am has 5x100mm wheels...if that is the case...they will not fit the RX7.
The main thing to look for is bolt pattern...5x114.3, then offset needs to be pretty close (within 10mm at least). Then make sure the hub bore of the wheels is the same or larger than the hub of the car you intend to mount them on. Chances are it may work then, but it will never be as "right" as factory wheels, or hubcentric aftermarket wheels...I speak from experience!
