You can get some individual camber adjusters from AWR or Mazdatrix, or Mazdaspeed, or several other places, but they're almost certainly just re-sold AWR pieces.

Is ride height the same? Also, worn bushings/bearings... loose hub nut, bent arms, etc... all can cause this.
Check the FSM.

FIRST, get it checked with an alignment machine, if you have not already. IF so, or if not, when they do, or alreadt have, should be able to tell you how to CORRECTLY remedy the issue. ITs all in the computer of the allignment machine.

Depending on where you go.. they might tell you whats wrong or not... Where I live, the main place will not tell you until after they fix it and charge you tons of money... but if you don't know what you are looking for (sounds like you might not), an alignment machine is a great idea.

I wish I was driving!
You hub shouldn't be bent... you'd have horrible wheel wobble if it was. It would shake you near to death if you drove above 10 kph.
What is the measured difference in camber?
