So you are saying that now the engine won't even spin when the key is turned to "START"? In that case, start with the obvious. Check the battery cables as they can corrode and come loose causing this exact problem. If that's not a problem, check for 12V at the starter solenoid when you turn the key. If you have 12V, suspect the starter.
Or are you saying that the engine will turn (crank) but not fire? If that's the case, you need to go through the standard troubleshooting. FLOODED? Spark? Fuel?

Is your battery charged? Did you notice your voltage gauge reading below ~13 at any point during operation? If so, that means your car was running off battery and thereby discharging it. Dead battery...
Does it click when you put your key to the Start position? If so, go with what Aaron Cake said. Check the battery cables as they can corrode and come loose causing this exact problem. Do your headlights still work? If you blew your Main Fuse (80A) then the headlights (for example) would still work, but not things like the fuel gauge.
Not turning over due to the ignition/interlock switch::: The starter should crank if you jumper a wire between the very small blade and the large wire on the solenoid. If it does, then it could be your ignition/interlock switch. At the ignition switch connector (about 1 foot below where you put the key in), check for voltage on the black wire. It should be 12V. If it's not, it's either a battery problem (terminals most likely), wiring problem (doubtful, but it could be melted wiring or something along those lines), or probably the X-23 connector (black single spade about 6 inches below your engine bay fusebox) is disconnected.
