what's the wire in the brake master cylinder?

what's the wire in the brake master cylinder?

I noticed a little thing that plugged into the brake master cylinder. is it a heater or what? what is it's porpose?

there are two connectors shown in FSM according to brake master cyliner...one in reservoir is Fluid level sensor (u`ll get BRAKE light on if brake reservoir will be empty probably)

It's the brake fluid level sender - if the fluid gets too low, the Brake idiot light turns on.

Cars with auto adjusting suspension have an additional sender - it's a brake fluid pressure sensor. The AAS system can tell when you're on the brakes hard, and will adjust the shocks accordingly.

I think he may be referring to the brake booster line, with the way he calls it a heater?

I am talking about the long black plastic thing that is stuck into the res. it has two leads in the connector. It goes all the way through the res, you can pull it out from the left side of rhte res if facing it. it can't sense the level as it never touches the fluid.
