what's up with my new starter?
so my starter went out on me the other day, it started to make a grinding noise after a click. so i wet to autozone and bought one for $89. i change it out and pluged everything back up. now it starts!
but wait, there's more... it starts but it sounds like it struggles to start a little bit. is this normal? i'm %100 sure i hooked everything back up right. i double checked. also, i never have to try again to start it. it starts on the FIRST try, it just struggles a little.
any suggestions?

Provided your battery and alternator are good, clean the cable connections and inspect for corrosion; although, it could be time for new battery cables, that's my current project. If you decide on changing cables, upgrade your charging system with bigger gauge wires while you're at it. Hope this helps.
