What's this thing?

When I was cleaning the car out back in December I found this somewhere in there. No idea if it goes to something on the car or another car... Because before I bought the car, several various car parts from around the place were kept in it. Mainly I'm just curious as to what the heck it's a piece of.

Well, I have an 87 TII and I've totally stripped the interior, removed the dash, done a customer hatch storage area, and I have no memory of seeing anything like that piece in the car. It doesn't even look "Mazda-ish" to me. But I could be wrong. RETed? NZ? Ice? Hailers?

I doubt it's any part of your car.

Piston engine rod end cap
You will never find any of these installed from the factory on ANY RX-7.

Cool. My RX7 ate one of those boingers.

There were lots of things in there when I got it. No idea how much went to that car and not. I actually got a radiator for a 300zx with it I think O_o And I'm a golf club member now! heheh
