Bigger breaker bar?

Before you start, have some blue loctite handy, you'll need it to lock the bolt back in after you are done.
Remove the fan and fan clutch (four 10mm nuts - very very simple).
I use a 3/8" Snap On breaker bar (but if you are not using a Snap On brand, you may wish to go to a 1/2" bar) and a standard 6 point deep socket. I rest the breaker bar end on the drivers side frame rail (carefully avoiding the harnesses, air conditioning, and oil lines that are in that same area) and then key/pop the starter/engine over once or twice for a second.
Remember you should keep the clutch pressed in at all times while the bolt head is loose.
Swap the pellets, add a couple of drops of blue loctite to the bolt sides, screw the bolt with new pellet or bypass pellet in quickly then tighten with your wrench as far as you can. Then grab your torque wrench, put the car in gear, release the clutch, and tighten to 80-98 ft/lbs with the torque wrench.
Crap I got alot of dirt in the oil during the rebuild. Well not a lot but the OMP was dirty when I put it on like little grainy feel to it. Hope that doesent mess anything up. I will be changing the oil shortly after.
