Whats Makes The Bridgeport Sound?

How dose a Bridgeport make that sound?

Dose a side / full Bridgeport sound much different?
And can you have fuel injected on Bridgeport rotary with it still making that sound e.g. on a 13BT motor ?

Thanks

i think its because theres such a large timing overlap. Sure, an F.I. settup would be even better. i think the trouble is having an intake manifold that can meet the flow requirements of a B-port

yes you can have a fuel injected bridge port
fuel injection and turboing have got nothing to do with each other

it makes the sound due to the increased overlap duration between the intake and exhuast ports.

bridge ports for a forced induction application have different port timing to that of a normally aspirated application

Yes you can turbo a bridge port, but you have to be preapred to spend around $10K NZD

You'll need Bigger injectors, Bigger Fuel pump, Aftermarket efi computer, a Full T04 or bigger, etc etc etc

Dose a secondary brigdeport sound just the same as a full bridgeport is it better to do a full bridgeport for the sound or will a secondary bridgeport sound just as good?

Not if you use the stock TB because at idle the secondary throttles are closed so the secondary ports don't flow any air.

You don't do a bridgeport just for the sound. If you do you have more money than sense...

If you want the car to sound like Bridgeport.. thats easy.

Take your TPS and plug it into a 120v outlet. Re-install. Viola! The car will now hunt at idle and sound like a bridgeport.
