whats the loudest exhaust i can put on my car?

I take that back, the cost would be about the same, including some stainless bends and piping, but I don't know how much the fabrication labor would be.

I think getting an XR-1 sportsman with the offset muffler would be cool, since you could have the tip basically sticking from the stock hole in the bumper, and not kill the ground clearance (since most of the muffler would be up top, in the stock exhaust well).

I wonder if going from a 2.5" main pipe to a 4" muffler would be a bad idea though... I guess 3" would be enough.

4in mandrel bent turbo back from a T-70 with a large street port (gotham Stage 3 race port) and a Borla XR-1 muffler

Neighbor claimed it knocked a picture frame off her wall across the street...
Had a friend that worked a mile away (literally) call me when ever I started it up...

Cant hear the radio with the windows down and accelerating...
Damn, looks pretty good. I've got a 4" turbo-back as well, and it is nowhere NEAR that loud. It's actually kind of quiet. I'm using a Magnaflow muffler with a DNA presilencer though, but I didn't think it would make that much of a difference.

Mines is a dual system all the way back. RB dual headers, with RB dual presilencer, to custom Y pipe all the way back to the dynomax mufflers. Its 2.25 inch all the way back.

That video was before I installed the presilencer. I couldnt take the sound anymore, **** was making me deaf, and cops keep looking at me but they havent pulled me over. I wasnt risking it so a week later I ordered a presilencer from RB and its quiet now....kinda, its still loud but not as loud.

Before the presilencer, it was as loud as a honda B series engine running off just the header.....
