whats gives???with this horrid idle problem pls Help

hey guys i need to tap your knowledge. after i installed my clutch recently i unflooded the car. now the car wont idle at all it is drivable but wont even start and idle up to 3500rpms back and down. i have replaced all hose and tryed advancing the timing but was problematic seeings how the car does idle....it is drivable and after long drives it will barely idle for a bit it sounds like it has a FAT cam in it though one with long duration. it almost shutsoff inbetween turn overs new plugs fuel filter air filter. today im gonna take the intake off and take out the injectors for remanufacturing... i was thinking...could this be a fuel pressure problem regulator...pump....being that it works once i hit the throttle a little.

anything will help!

thanks... ronny

im kinda confused...

"now the car wont idle at all it is drivable but wont even start and idle up to 3500rpms back and down"

"but was problematic seeings how the car does idle"

"it almost shutsoff inbetween turn overs"

have you checked for vacuum leaks?

initially starting it will not idle. after a long drive it will try hard to but evenually fail (idle that is) i am going to rent a vacuum tester today and test them. i used silicon hose the correct sizes (mm) silicon hose is ok for that application correct...vacuum hose that is

the whole 3500rpm thing i was talking about is the warmup period controlled by the ecu it is supposed to fall gradually but at start it rises up and then plummits shuting off...
