The car instantly loses power and you feel yourself lurch forward from loss in momentum. It's very easy to notice when experienced.

Does it feel like when around 4k rpm, no matter how much gas you give it, doesn't want to pull as hard?? and accelerates slowely from 4 to 7??

damn didnt meanto post yet.

that is your secondary injectors misfiring or something going wrong with them, on of them is probably clogged or broken, you might wanna check it out. fuel cut will give you no acceleration whatsoever hence :Fuelcut: = :No fuel:

I think I hit fuel cut at times in my TII...but I'm not sure. When at full boost it will sometimes cut power for a quarter second or so and then back on the power and off, and so on. So if you were to just keep the gas pedal floored, it would be essentially be bucking like crazy. Is this the fuel cut? The only other vehicle I have ever hit fuel cut in is my brother's MR2 turbo, and it cuts fuel to the enging totally, and doesn't come back on right after the cut like my RX-7, but instead will cut fuel at anything over about 3 psi of boost until you turn the car off and restart it. So anyway, is this fuel cut I am hitting in the RX-7??

that's because you shouldn't be driving at 4k when it's cold...

That is what mine feels like...I assume it is the fuel cut, but I have always wondered what others have experienced.

That's not the fuel-cut.&nbsp Overboost fuel-cut won't let you go any higher on the revs if you're still WOT...

I hit fuel cut once and it felt like someone dropped anchor! Needless to say I drove home on one rotor.

Edit: I had forgotten to shift @ 8000+ rpm.

it is a sputterring noise when it cuts. get an A/F meter and you will find out fast if you are cutting out on fuel or not.

Has anybody ever seen a semi decent FCD installation How-To? If not, I'm about to do it, and might write one, but if there's one out there, I'd love to read it first before I start splicing wires and such! Thanks!
