What's the diffrence with diffrentials

I've done a TII engine and tranny swap to a 88' N/A. Now I noticed some diffrences between the two. Are the differentials diffrent in any of the models?? Are they all limited-slip???

The Tii tranny, driveshaft, diff, and I think the halfshafts are different then the n/a. Not entirely sure about the halfshafts though. Some people just get the two driveshafts welded into one but im not a fan of it.
