UT Whats the Difference on S5 ECU

hey guys just wondering if anybody has experiences with N374 Vs. N370
Can you substitute the N374 for the 370?
What mods do i have to make? Or will it just work?

The N370 is S5 Turbo USDM.

The N374 is S5 Turbo JDM.

The N374 will work on an original S5 Turbo, USDM or JDM.

The N374 will NOT work on an S5 N/A harness turbo conversion.

The N370 WILL work on an S5 N/A harness Turbo conversion.

The N374 will work sometimes on an S5 N/A harness Turbo conversion if it is chipped from Japan.

Rumor is the N374 will work on an S5 N/A harness Turbo conversion if it is Rtek chipped.

Any Questions?

N374 does not use the CEL. I have a KS chipped N374, and I couldn't get it to run right (i have fuel and exhaust mods though). Rumor also has it that on some cars, it has issue firing the secondary injector on the rear rotor. Not much known really well.
