Whats the best oil for the 13b n/a

Its time to change my oil but I want to know what type of oil is the best.. any recomends..? I change my oil before but I don't remember what type of oil I used..

I run Castrol 10w/30.

20 -50W is the most popular, but yeah really depends. But do some search, there are many places where you can find what kind to get.
