Whats that beeping noise ?
I currently own a 86 S4 turbo and have encountered a beeping noise. It beeps twice in quick succession twice. This beep has occured before when push starting but now occurs on occasion just driving under varied conditions. I do not have a manual an have checked all online manuals but have not been able to find anything...please help.

Just off the top of my head, the door open beeper is like that isn't it? And if you were push starting it with the door open you would hear it. Could it be one of those shorting to ground?
The only other beeping I know of is the power steering one and I think it's three beeps.
