I had a MR2 which I got painted competion yellow mica, '93 RX-7 was the code it came from. I would literally get compliments everyday from people. Enthuisiasts would always ask me what yellow that is. Trust me.

Definitly go 3rd gen yellow. That's all your paint shop needs to know.

Here's a picture of that on a convertible rx-7:

I like the S2000 yellow, too. The Daytona Yellow of the 70's Corvettes was nice, and you may be able to get this cheaper than the newer paints on the market.

****, that yellow looks so good i want to get it for my vert... must decide against it... black looks awesome on a vert, but the florida sun is killer at the same time. I was thinking of maybe shadow silver metallic. I'll figure something out when the time comes. And Jyrome, this shoulda been a no-brainer, go with CYM

Audi S4 yellow is a nice color...CYM is also nice but not as deep a color. I'd go CYM since its a rare mazda color

if youre gonna go yellow i have some advice.....dont leave the stock body work on it, especialy since its an S4. i have yet to see a stock looking FC pull of the yellow paint without looking at best decent. FCs look about a billion times better with 17s and some sort of body mods if they are yellow. the S5 looks fairly good because it looks better to begin with, but the S4s never look good without a wing, front splitter, wheels or something. just my .02

Do you knows whos vert that is? Its one of the nicest Ive seen and I love the CYM

Agent_D: CYM is nice, but any yellow should do it. I like the Ferrari Yellow (FLY YELLOW) or the new Murceilago yellow is nice, I think it is a pearl like CYM.

Either way, something light would be best, like a CYM or Ferrari.

Can not go wrong with yellow though
