What would you pay for my car?

Im considering putting my car up for sale and just wanted to get a price figure. Its an 89GTUS with 80,000 miles, its never been in an accident, paint is in good condition and the interior is in excellent condition. It has a brand new Greddy power extreme exhaust, bonez intake and a champion momo steering wheel...New nitto 450's 16/55/205...Just curious what i could get for my car.

Yeah I would say around $4000.

$4500 if it was still all stock or if it can pass emissions in CA.

The GTUs has become the most desirable, so it's worth more than the T2's right now (which are running around $2500 to $3500 in most of CA).

Oh wait... you in San Jose. That's only about 45 minutes south of me... oh no I was all wrong on that price!!! Its only worth $1500, but I'll make you a deal, if it is as nice as you say I'll take it off your hands for $2000.

In Ohio you could get about $5000 for your car. RX-7s are pretty damn rare around here, especially Series V cars.

hahahahah....You are funny Icemark, 2,000, as if you are doing me some type of favor....The blue book value on my car is 4,300.00 in San Jose...Ive seen these cars go for 5 to 6,000 and with a 900.00 exhaust system not including my pre-silencer and my header, that hardly sounds reasonable...But thanks for the reply.

Put it on Auto Trader. Someone will step up and pay for it that appreciates it's rarity.

It's just contingent on condition and your patience.

i'd say at least 5000. as long as the compression is strong, there's always someone looking for a nice FC.

I guess you missed my attempt at humor... I didn't expect you really to sell it to me for that. Besides even if you were going to; I couldn't take advantage of a forum member that way.

But as I said it worth around $4500 if it will pass emissions. If it doesn't then you are better off putting the stock exhaust back on or selling out of state or finding someone that wants it for IT or solo racing. If you want more than $4500 you will more than likely need to wait until sports car season (late spring through summer). Again there are just too many T2s and verts running around at $3000 right now.
