Now heres the catch, car missed smog...its now a non-op, I'm sure it will pass with some minor Tps issues etc.

I paid $ 2,300 for mine with similar miles on car and engine rebuild. I have added 17" wheels/tires, RB header/pre-silencer, new paint, new carpet. Paint was from MAACO for $ 780. I live in Arkansas and this is typical cost on 89 GTU I have seen in the paper.

 

It should go for $4k at least in CA.

 

My brother just bought a better condition 91 n/a for 2k, only problem being a little wheather stripping was missing

you're not gonna pass smog without the cats. rb header/presilencer means you don't got cats. your exhaust will kill small animals and children.
