What would YOU do with $500?

Some things that the car needs to be worked on, in terms of looks... some air vents need to be replaced, sunroof, AC unit, plastic piece around the steering wheel area (dont know what its called lol), and the paint... oh god the paint...

Asking you guys what would YOU do with about $500 and you had my car? Start fixing the interior / sunroof up? Save up for a new paint job? Get a cool nifty toy? Mods that I have are in my siggy~~

New slotted brake rotors, Hawk HPS pads, and stainless steel brake lines. My current brakes are adequate for street driving, but I want to start doing autocross & possibly track events. My current pads fade very quickly. I notice you have no brake mods listed in your sig.

As for getting parts, go look for people parting out cars in the Parts for Sale section. You should be able to find what you need fairly easily. Also, local junkyards are often a good source for things.

Im guessing the wideband O2 sensor would be considered a aftermarket part? Meaning I would have to search somewhere else other than a partsdealer to find one? Because thats what I'm leaning towards atm... viable idea for engine maintence also maybe some S5 tail lights... mmm... so pretty...

The fronts are 4 piston and the rears are single. Slotted or drilled rotors are unecessary unless you are on a racing circuit. Just get some hawk pads, they make a huge difference.

The wideband is very nice to have so you can keep an eye on the performance of your engine.

Did you buy your car in its current mod state?

dont really think u needed wideband
u can use the one on the dyno ...

looks like you have pretty good upgrades already
i'd go for either fix the broken stuff or gather another couple hundred to get suspension set up

Well... biggest concern for me, since this is my first turbo AND rotary car... is to help keep it in its highest maintence state... paint job is in pretty bad shape.. but dosent really bother me for some reason.... usually im pretty picky about visuals. Guess I'll just wait for more suggestions and keep on reasearching some more. Thanks jimmy13 for the compliment

I reccommend you get Hawk HPS pads and put the rest towards a better suspension setup. If it was me I would get powerslot rotors as well, but I'm **** about braking/suspension on my cars.
My car looks like a heap, but I don't really want it fixed up. Its kinda nice not having to worry about what happens to your paint job.

Well if I had 500 bucks and I had YOUR car i think i'd probably go have a good *** night on the town!

and then fix the interior by fitting 3 smokin hot ladies in the passengers seat.

Yep. that's what i'd do with 500 bucks and your car :-)

hmm... think I might get the pads. Can't legally drink yet... so can't fully expend the "having a full night out in the town" deal. =/ But I don't know... I dont know what a good suspension setup is like lol. My last car was a 240sx, and the front suspension was shot .... As for the drill slotted rotors... dunno maybe.. gotta drive the 7 more to see if it really needs that or not. Rather spend some money on more crucial things... like maybe some brake pads and stuff to keep my engine from going kabloom
