what will happen if i install a turbo II computer onto a n/a ???

nothing unless you swap out then plugs on the harness.

CPU (body computer) or ECU (Engine/Emissions Control Unit)???

CPU, nothing as long as it is the same series

ECU, depends on engine and harness

well when you turn the key you will hear the starter turn till the battery goes flat thats about it. lol what you trying to do???
