Question What is it? Where does it go?

OK!! I got an RX7!!! Best day, wait... THE BEST DAY!! OF MY LIFE!! Okay, anyways when I opened the hood, on the left fender side with the screws was this blue cap with the letter "L" on it. What is it, and where does it go? All help is appreciated!

This. Low pressure AC line. It'll only fit on one fitting (Low versus High), and it's not entirely necessary anyways.
