what to use for these setups?

what to use for these setups?
hi, im redoing alot of things on my 91 na, and want to get some feedback on setups...
1) brakes- lines, rotors, pads
2) suspension- i want to lower 1"-1.5", adjustable?
3) header- best bang for the buck
if u could, include prices on this stuff too! thanks all, i appreciate any and all the feedback!

Rotors - stock
Pads - Hawk HPS

Rotors - $100/pair fronts, $80/pair rears
Pads - $100/axle
